No. 1, 2, 3 und 4: Noble Accessories
IGMA-artisan Jürgen Engel shows in the workshops 1, 2, 3 and 4 how to make these noble accessories by yourself. Four different objects can be chosen: blotting pads made of pear tree or ebony in two possible versions: with a separated deposit scale for pencils (Nr. 1) or with an integrated scale (Nr. 2) - a silver inkwell and a blotting roller are included; a jewelry case of ebony and/or ivory (Nr. 3 ) and a game of draughts made from ivory and ebony with tiny men (Nr. 4 ).

No. 5: Mr. Darcy, Esq.
In Workshop No. 5 with the British miniaturist Hazel Dowd this year a young gentleman is clothed and hair-dressed in Regency style. Hazel Dowd has baptized this exclusive piece of work "Mr. Darcy" - with best regards from author Jane Austen. The course is planned as a master class: who wants to deal with Mr. Darcy should yet have some experiences in miniature-tailoring.

No. 6: Midwifery
Obstetrics does dollsmaker Daniela Kiefhaber in workshop No. 6. In this course a newly born baby (alternatively 1/12th or 1/24th scale) with movable arms and legs is modeled and painted. Included in the price is a rompers' pattern, but these will not be tailored.

No. 8: Tiny village in the Erzgebirge
A village in the Saxon Erzgebirge with some ten miniature houses in 1/1000th scale (!) is founded in workshop No. 8 with wood artist Volker Arnold. The houses are alternatively lighted and assembled on a base-plate.

Calssical, oriental and modern are the three ways of style you learn to cover a bed with leather in workshop No. 10 with miniaturist Bärbel Epping. You can choose between six different colours and decorate your bed with sewn bedding from silk, brocade or satin (included).

Basic knowledge for an optimum in using textile haberdashery like ribbons, bunka, lace and other material in the miniature's hobby provides workshop No. 11 with Trees Beertema. In the end each student has a summary of textile patterns as basis for repeating at home.
